How is my privacy protected?
All personal information is Confidential and Secure.  We do not share or sell your information.  All Credit Card purchases go through secure SSL encryption for prompt and secure processing.  For more information, click here.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal's secure site. 

What is your Shipping Policy?
Shipping is free within the Continental United States via UPS Ground.  Outside of the Continental United States, the shipping is based on weight and shipping location.  Express delivery is available at an additional charge.   Click here to see the estimated shipping time.

Can I cancel my order?
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. Shipping, handling and freight  charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email to staff@wildblueboating.com,  and include ORDER CANCELLATION in the subject line to request that an order be cancelled.  Plese provide the order number in the body of the email.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Simply send us an email at returns@wildblueboating.com for a Return Authorization.
 
Include your invoice number and the reason for the return/exchange. Then send the package via UPS or US Postal Service(Parcel Post). For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.
 
If it necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
 
• Returned in original packaging, un-used
• Returned to specified address within ten (10) days of return authorization
• Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
• Enclose a brief letter of explanation
• Merchandise returned for refund or exchange of non defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restock fee
• All returns must be shipped prepaid; No COD's accepted.

Will I be taxed?
Wild Blue Sports does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of New Jersey! If you order within the state of New Jersey, you will be charged an additional 7% for sales tax.
