All orders will be confirmed by email. Products will be delivered to you via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal delivery services, with FREE SHIPPING in the continental US. In most cases the cost of shipping insurance is included. Products delivered elsewhere will be shipped using the most cost effective and efficient means available. Products in an order may require multiple shipments, where additional shipping charges may apply. Orders are typically filled and shipped on the same day the order is received (before 3pm Eastern Standard Time). If a product you need happens to be on back-order, we can usually obtain the desired product within a two-week period. If the back ordered product will take longer than two weeks to come in, we will give you the option to cancel the order or wait for it to come in.

Include your invoice number and the reason for the return/exchange. Then send the package via UPS or US Postal Service(Parcel Post). For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.
If it necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
Returned in original packaging, un-used
Returned to specified address within ten (10) days of return authorization
Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
Enclose a brief letter of explanation
Merchandise returned for refund or exchange of non defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restock fee
All returns must be shipped prepaid; No COD's accepted.
Product descriptions, typographic, photographic, and typing errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for these errors. As a result, Wild Blue Boating.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Customers that have orders canceled will be notified by email.
