At Wild Blue Boating, we work hard to build long-lasting relationships with our customers.  It is very important to us that our customers are nothing but 100% satisfied with their purchases.  If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact us at staff@wildblueboating.com.   We are committed to doing whatever is necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution to your concerns.

Warranties
All items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Wild Blue Boating.  Wild Blue Boating is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).  Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or credited, if possible.  Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Wild Blue Boating.
Price Policy
To provide our customer with the best support from our manufacturers, we have agreed to abide by their minimum advertised price policy (MAP).  Wild BlueBoating.com is only allowed to show prices lower than the MAP price in our shopping cart.  You can see this price by clicking the Add to Cart button.  Please be assured that simply adding an item to your cart does not obligate you to buy it.  You can always delete the item from your cart if you decide not to purchase it.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled provided the order has not shipped.  In most instances, the order is shipped the same day.  If the order has been shipped, the order can not be cancelled.
Shipping Information
All orders will be confirmed by email.  Products will be delivered to you via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal delivery services, with FREE SHIPPING in the continental US.   In most cases the cost of shipping insurance is included.  Products delivered elsewhere will be shipped using the most cost effective and efficient means available.   Products in an order may require multiple shipments, where additional shipping charges may apply.  Orders are typically filled and shipped on the same day the order is received (before 3pm Eastern Standard Time).  If a product you need happens to be on back-order, we can usually obtain the desired product within a two-week period.  If the back ordered product will take longer than two weeks to come in, we will give you the option to cancel the order or wait for it to come in.

Returns/Exchanges
Simply Drop us an email at returns@wildblueboating.com for a Return Authorization.  This will take less than 3 business days.
 
Include your invoice number and the reason for the return/exchange. Then send the package via UPS or US Postal Service(Parcel Post). For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.
 
If it necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
 
• Returned in original packaging, un-used
• Returned to specified address within ten (10) days of return authorization
• Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
• Enclose a brief letter of explanation
• Merchandise returned for refund or exchange of non defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restock fee
• All returns must be shipped prepaid; No COD's accepted.

Product descriptions, typographic, photographic, and typing errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for these errors.  As a result, Wild Blue Boating.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.   Customers that have orders canceled will be notified by email.
